If you have mortgages against your properties we can look at each one and advise what you need to do with each different lender (they have differing rules on this).  Some will need to be informed, some will require some legal work and others simply will not allow it, in which case a new mortgage may be needed.   If the process of incorporation needs funding we can help you withdraw funds from your portfolio as part of the transaction.
