Join us on 3rd November at the University of Suffolk in Ipswich for a conference designed especially for landlords in the Private Rented Sector.
Engaging for a Better Future is free to attend and a great opportunity to meet fellow landlords, representatives of member associations and industry professionals. They will offer practical guidance and information on a range of subjects including mortgages, financing, tax advice, property maintenance and changes to legislation.
The conference is being hosted by Safe Suffolk Renters, a project formed by all councils across Suffolk, aimed at building and strengthening relationships with both landlords and tenants. We are here to help but also to listen, to achieve a better understanding of the pressures and problems in the sector.
The work carried out by Safe Suffolk Renters will be fed back to help shape future government policy. We will be joined by representatives from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities who will explain more.
There will be a panel discussion as well as a Q&A session where you can get your questions answered, as well as ample opportunity to network with our speakers and visit stands hosted by industry professionals.
We hope that Engaging for a Better Future will be the largest gathering of private sector landlords in Suffolk. Whether you let a large number of properties or just one, we would love to see you there.
